missingWrote a review on Aug 05relaxing poolnice breakfastdated decor
The pool area features a relaxing ambiance, complete with a waterfall that adds soothing sound to the environment. Breakfast offerings include a good variety, though an omelette station would elevate it further. the food at An Tobar was easily the highlight.
Upon entering the room, I discovered dated decor and a concerning bug on the wall, which isn't the vibe I'd hoped for. The restaurant area had an unmistakable scent reminiscent of an old basement, which didn't encourage me to stay for meals. Additionally, limited food service hours made it tough to find a bite to eat at convenient times.

Just a prime choice for a temporary stay in Orlando with good value considering the price it charged. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and assured me I would be given a better room while I was at work. Avoid the restaurant if you want to save some money.

great staff but loud neighbors
The staff offered exceptional service, particularly Fabiana at the reception, who went out of her way to help us. The queen room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with children during our stay.
The noise from neighboring rooms sometimes disturbed our sleep.

The pool area felt like a mini oasis. Nice for lounging after a hectic day. I appreciated the room upgrade to the Club Level. it offered a spacious layout and comfy bed. The staff were helpful and attentive whenever I needed assistance. However, I faced issues with the air conditioning—it struggled to keep the room cool during our stay. Dining options were limited. the hours for breakfast did not suit my schedule. The outdated bathroom amenities could use a refresh to match the rest of the hotel. Also, I learned to double-check parking charges. a bit unclear at check-in.
